Ingredients:
Carrots = 2 kg
Milk = 5 cups
Khoya = 500 grams
Sugar = 4 cups
Green cardamom = 10 pieces
Almonds = 15 pieces
Pistachios = 15 pieces
Silver foil = 6 pieces (For Garnishing)
Walnut kernels = 12 grains
Ghee = two cups (if used ghee) will be better).
Note: Dried fruits can be more or less as you like. it depends on your choice.

Method Of Preparation:
Take the Carrot and peel a carrot, grate it carrot, and squeeze the juice in the carrot.
Now put the grated carrots in a pot and cook on low heat. add the milk to the carrot and cook the carrots till the water dries out.
Then heat ghee in a pan and add green cardamom to it. After a while add cooked carrots and fry on low heat.
When the carrots start to turn brown, add sugar, almonds, and walnut kernels.
Now fry more and when the sugar melts and starts to dry.
Now add khoya and mix well and cook for more than five minutes and starts to simmer, take the halwa off the stove.
Carrot halwa is ready, now put ghee in a bowl and put halwa in it.
Now garnish this carrot Halwa dessert with dried fruit, khoya, and silver foil.
