Recipe For Chipotle Ranch Dressing In A Different Style:
Recipe For Chipotle Ranch Dressing |
I love Chipotles but the only reason I like to eat them is because of how creamy they are as well. What makes my taste buds melt in every single second of your Chipotle meal, is that their smoothness can't be compared to anything else and that's exactly what you get when you add these crunchy, tender leaves to your dish. (if you use all their leaves instead of just one or two, just remember that it’s better to have at least half one of them so there would be enough for each bite, also, if you don't have any left, please leave it out for a few minutes so that we can enjoy it!)
With their popularity, I've tried many different Chipotle ranch dressing recipes over the years, such as this Mexican Chipotle ranch dressing recipe which was great but not as moist and flavorful as the other two! But with time and experience, I'd still love to try some more dishes with those delicious leaves, so today I'm learning you a recipe for my favorite Chipotle ranch dressing and some ingredients that you will need so that nothing goes wrong when making your own tacos! Plus, no matter what kind of tacos you make, I've included a video of the finished product too, so that I could show you how to prepare everything step by step. The best part? All that you really want to know is right in here!
I hope this post helps you to make tasty Chipotle ranch dressing so that the next time you go home, you'll want to order another one!

Method Of Preparation:
In a skillet pan over medium heat, add olive oil or sauté some chicken breasts until they're cooked through. Be sure to cook the chicken until golden brown all over. Take the drained chicken as-is and rinse it right off in cold running water.
Heat up some oil in a shallow fry pan on medium heat, add onion and cook until translucent, then turn down and cook until golden brown. Now add your onion to the same frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, and of ground cinnamon, then toss it around until lightly coated.
Now add our corn kernels, tomato puree, and a splash of lime juice. Cook for about 10-12 minutes to allow them to soften which will help remove some of the seeds. Stir constantly, scraping the bottom of the pan to mix.
After cooking for about 20 minutes, flip the lid and cook on high flame for 10 or 15 more minutes. At this point, you can serve it up in bowls; I tend to like it drizzled with sour cream or mustard. Now stir in a big handful of chopped parsley, sprinkle with some salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy!
