Ingredients of Chicken Zinger
- Chicken thigh = 200 grams
- Vinegar (vinegar) = 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper sauce = 3 tablespoons
- Ginger paste = 1 teaspoon.
- Garlic paste = 1 teaspoon.
- White pepper = half a teaspoon
- Red chili powder = half teaspoon
- Black pepper powder = half teaspoon
- Salt = half a teaspoon or to your liking
Method of Preparation:
Take the chicken thighs and debone the thighs pieces and use a meat mallet or and hammer to pound the chicken thigh for a better marinate. we take a bowl and add 2 cups water, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix then dip the chicken thigh in this water for about 2 to 3 hours to get better results. after 3 hours take out the chicken into the water and keep aside.
Now take all the spices and ingredients like vinegar, red chili sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, white pepper, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt, mix all the spices very well. Now add the chicken thighs pieces in these spices and marinate the chicken thigh pieces for at least 3 hours at room temperature or for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
To make the chicken thigh pieces, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, half a cup of cornflour, 1 pinch of salt to your taste, 1 pinch of white pepper, and a pinch of chicken powder and mix well.Now we will first coat the chicken thigh pieces and rub the flour mixture for 2 minutes, then we will put it in cold water for 10 seconds. Now we repeat the second coating and rub the chicken thigh pieces for at least 4 minutes to make better pieces on the chicken pieces.
Now take a pan and heat the oil and deep fry in hot cooking oil. Generally, do not keep the oil temperature too hot or cold. Fry the chicken thigh pieces for 2 to 3 minutes and remove the chicken thighs in oil and place them on a plate to stay normal. After 3 minutes, fry the chicken again for 3 minutes to get the golden color and crispy for better results. Our zinger chicken is ready.
For making zinger burger sauce we need these things:

- Mayonnaise = 1 cup
- Hot sauce = 4 tablespoon
- Tomato ketchup = 4 tablespoon
- Mustard paste = 2 tablespoon
- Salt = 1 pinch or as required your taste
Method of preparation
Now take all the ingredients like mayonnaise, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, mustard paste, salt, and mix well to make the zinger burger sauce. keep aside in making zinger burgers to a unique taste.

- Bun = 2
- Red chili sauce = 4 tablespoon
- Mayo garlic sauce = 4 tablespoon
- Lettuce = 4 leaves or you like
- Ice burg = 5 tablespoons as you like
Method of Preparation:
First of all, we take the bun and cut it into the center with a sharp knife. In a frying pan, we add 1 tablespoon or a little more oil heat the oil and keep the bun in it and toast 1 mint. take out the bun on the pan. Now take one piece of bun add red chili sauce, Lettuce leaves, mayo garlic sauce, Ice burg, zinger chicken piece, and zinger burger sauce. keep the 2nd bun part on it to ready the Chicken Zinger Burger.
