  • Baking powder = 2 pinches
  • Fresh milk = 175 grams
  • Ghee = 50 grams (for dough)
  • Saffron = 1 pinch (optional)
  • Green Cardamom = 8
  • Water = 500 grams
  • ghee = 1kg (for frying)
  • Lemon = some drops

Put two cups of water in a kilo of sugar and cook. When it becomes stringy add lemon drops, take it off, and grind 5 green cardamoms and add in this sugar syrup for fragrance.

Put the ghee in the frying pan and leave the balls on the stove for a while and when they change their color to a brown color, take it out of the pot and put it in the syrup.
