- Gram flour = 4 tablespoon
- Green chili paste = 2 medium size
- Red chili flakes = 1 teaspoon
- Salt = as per your taste
- Dried coriander powder = 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice = 1 medium
- Carom Seeds powder = 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste = 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste = 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder = 1 teaspoon
- Orange food color = 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds powder = 1 teaspoon
- Oil = For frying

When you fry the fish, first, you take a piece of fish and wash it well with salt or flour and then clean it and then you cut it so that the spice gets stuck inside the fish and for this, you can Cut so that the meat of the fish is not cut too much and cut it only so that the spice has added from the inside so that the fish is well fried and very tasty.

Prepare the mixture and prepare it well and then leave it like this for some time or about 2 to 3 hours.
