Some vegetarian people do not use chicken in pizza they make pizza with vegetables like tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Most kids love chicken tikka pizza. At the request of the children, mothers are taught to make pizza again.

Chicken Tikka Pizza Easy Recipe
1. Making Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- Flour = 300 grams
- Semolina = 1 tablespoon (Optional)
- Dry milk = 1 tablespoon
- Yeast = 1 teaspoon
- Sugar = 2 tablespoons
- Salt = to taste
- Ghee = 1 tablespoon
- Oil = 1 tablespoon
- Water = as needed
Method of Preparation:
When you take flour, the best flour is very finely milled flour and has a high protein content. if you cannot find should go for regular bread flour. you can also use semolina its depend on your choice With this flour, you will need to use a little less water but it will still make a damn good pizza. you can use dry milk powder in the pizza dough to enhance the pizza crust taste.
Always use cold water, in many dough recipes they will recommend you to use warm water this is to boost the rising of the dough in a very fast time but when you're making pizza, you want a slow rise. this is to create the airiest and delicious crust you've ever tasted. in the pizza dough, you add oil and ghee it can help to make the soft dough. you should always use fresh yeast, but if you cannot find fresh yeast you can use the dry one.
Just make sure you only use half of the amount that you would usually use with the fresh yeast because the dry is much more potent than the fresh. use a bit of salt the most important reason is taste, But it will also help create a strong gluten network and it kills all the bad bacteria during the rising and the ripening of the dough. make sure you can use sea salt. It is antibacterial and doesn't have all the bad additives in it. we have our ingredients and we're ready to start.
So let's get started. Get an empty bowl. Add water into the bowl. you can take sugar and add it to the water, stir sugar until it's completely dissolved. Now you get your yeast and you drop it into the bowl because sugar help to improve the yeast and sugar is the necessary ingredient of pizza and the salt will damage the yeast preventing the dough from rising.
so we did not add the salt to the yeast at this time. we take 10% of our flour, we put it into our water, ghee, and oil. we stir it in until it's completely dissolved and that will be our buffer. So now we're ready to add the remaining flour into our bowl and loosely mix it in with our fingertips or with a spoon.
In this stage, the dough would feel very dry and flaky, don't worry just keep on stirring. After mixing everything together we can start the kneading. The first kneading we do inside of the bowl and after a few minutes, the dough is coming together and the consistency is getting more sticky and wet keep on kneading.

make sure to check out my tutorial on How to make dough balls get a little bit of olive oil put it into the bowl, get a brush and brush it up. so when the bowl has a thin layer of oil, you can put it in the ball, and now also give your dough ball a thin layer of oil. This will prevent it from drying out later on. cover the bowl with cling film or a damp towel and let it rest for about 2 hours. After 2 hours you can make a portion of the pizza dough into balls.
So when you're done the pizza balls. you can place them on a baking tray covered with a little bit of oil or flour. when all dough balls are in the baking tray, cover the baking tray with cling film. now put the tray away for about 4 to 6 hours at room temperature. 6 hours later our dough has risen. Now we're ready to make chicken tikka pizzas.

2. Making Chicken Tikka
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless = 250 grams
- Oil = 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar = 1 tablespoon
- Salt = as needed
- Garlic paste = 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger paste = 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken tikka powder = 1 teaspoon
Method of Preparation:
To make chicken tikka pizza, you first cut the chicken. And so cut the chicken pieces in half-inch pieces. And after cutting it, Heat oil in a pan and add chicken and vinegar and cook lightly. you can put salt and other spices like garlic paste, ginger paste, and chicken tikka powder on it and cook for two minutes. mix water in chicken and leave it for some time. now your chicken is cooked give the coal smoke of the chicken for 2 minutes. coal smoke gives a unique flavor to your chicken and feels like it has been cooked on coal or barbeque. Take it out. And place on a plate.

3. Chicken tikka pizza assembling
Ingredients:
- Pizza base = as needed
- Chicken tikka pieces = as needed
- Pizza sauce = as needed
- Capsicum green = as you like
- Capsicum red = as you like
- Capsicum yellow = as you like
- Onion slices = 1 medium
- Oregano = 1 teaspoon
- Tomato = half
- Thyme = 1 Pinch
- Red chili crushed = 1 pinch
- Black olives = 15 grams
- Mozzarella cheese = 250 grams
- Cheddar cheese = 200 grams
Method of preparation:
First, you take a pizza pan grease the pizza pan with oil now dust some dry flour on the pizza pan, and then take a pizza dough ball. It can depend on your choice and it is optional if you don't like anything you can omit any vegetable.
Third and last step you add the remaining mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. after spreading the cheese add oregano, thyme, and red chili crushed. now it is time to bake your chicken tikka pizza. keep the chicken tikka pizza in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for at least 15 to 20 minutes. after 20 minutes check your chicken tikka pizza if the pizza base easily leaves the chicken tikka pizza pan its means your has cooked When the chicken tikka pizza is well baked, The chicken tikka pizza is ready. And that way you can serve it hot. That chicken tikka pizza should look even more beautiful.
