Chicken tikka masala is a very important ingredient for making chicken tikka, when you think to make chicken tikka at home use this chicken tikka masala with other spices and marinated chicken pieces at least for about four to five hours or overnight then make delicious chicken tikka and enjoy with your family with a good and special barbeque. How to make Chicken Tikka masala
Ingredients:
- Red chili powder = 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds powder = 1/2 teaspoon
- Celery powder = 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder = 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala powder = 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika powder = 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Black pepper powder = 1/2 teaspoon
- Salts = to taste
- Orange food color = 1/2 teaspoon
Method of Preparation:
First, you take all these spices like red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, celery, coriander powder, garam masala powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, and salts. Mix well all these ingredients. for a better result, you blend all the spices very well in a blender then keep them in a jar or airtight container. your dry chicken tikka masala powder is ready. This chicken tikka masala powder keeps in your kitchen at room temperature for about three to four weeks.

- Chicken breast = 4 pieces (about 1 kg)
- Vinegar = 3 tablespoons
- Yogurt = 1 cup
- Salts = to taste
- Tikka masala powder = 1 tablespoon (or you like)
- Mustard oil = 2 tablespoons
- Ginger paste = 1 tablespoon
- Garlic Paste = 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice = 2 tablespoons
- Orange or Yellow food color = 1 pinch
- Onions = for garnishing
- Lemon slices = for garnishing
Method of Preparation:
First, you take chicken breast pieces then deep cut them into breast pieces. now you take vinegar and salt, mix well salt into vinegar and apply on chicken breast pieces very well and keep aside for about 1 hour.
In a separate bowl, add tikka masala powder, mustard oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, orange or yellow food color, salt, and mix well and make a fine and thick paste. you take salt and spices as your taste if you like spicier tikka you add more chili but if you do not like spicy tikka the quantity of chili powder decrease. It depends on your choice.
Now pick up the chicken pieces and wash them very well and dry with a cloth and apply this mixture to the chicken breast pieces and leave it to marinate for 4 to 6 hours. after marination put a non-stick pan grease the pan with oil and keep chicken pieces on the pan and fry 5 minutes on one side when one side is done flip the chicken pieces and second piece for more 5 minutes.
Chicken tikka half has done now take another pan and fill with water and keep on the stove when water and steam make in the pan now keep a stainer in the pan. on the stainer, you keep chicken tikka pieces and cook on steam for about 30 minutes. Method of Preparation:
First, you take the chicken pieces and deep cut them into chicken pieces.
Second take all the spices like salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, yogurt, lemon juice, and food color. mix well all these ingredients very well. now put chicken pieces and wrap these masalas on chicken.
Marinate the chicken at room temperature for one hour or keep this chicken in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.

Take a frying pan and use this frying pan for making chicken tikka now add oil to the pan and cook chicken tikka pieces.
you cook chicken tikka pieces for about 30 to 40 minutes on both sides. one side takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook well.

you can cook chicken tikka pieces on the grill. take marinated chicken tikka pieces and keep on the grill brush the oil on tikka pieces. the cooking process of grilling chicken tikka pieces takes about 30 to 40 minutes also. In this process chicken tikka cook in less oil.
