- Chicken breasts = 4 boneless
- Salt = To taste

- All-purpose flour = 1/4 cup

Method of Preparation:
Take the spices like salt and pepper and season the chicken breasts. add the chicken to the flour and coat the flour on the chicken pieces properly, then shake off until all excess flour shakes off.
Take a large skillet then add the olive oil and heat the skillet on medium-high flame. after that add the chicken pieces to the skillet and saute the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side, until all the chicken is golden brown. when the chicken is done remove the chicken from the skillet and keep it aside.
After that in the skillet, you can add the mushrooms slices, onion, and garlic minced. Cook and stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the chicken broth and cream. When bringing the mixture to a simmer point, and then reduce the flame to low.
